Pros

It's a very friendly environment andi feel very valued and appreciated. Management is very responsive to my concerns. I am very fulfilled at my current position.

Cons

There aren't too many cons on my unit. Scheduling is an ever present issue though. Weekends and holidays are difficult to staff which is probably true of most units.

Opportunities for growth, great teamwork and awesome people! I've been here for 10 years and have an hour commute just to come to this hospital!

Cons

The pay could be more competitive. Parking can also be a challenge at times. Otherwise things are great here! .
