      It is nice to have self scheduling, and flexible days off. Rotating holidays is also beneficial, so that one nurse doesn't have to work them al

      Cons

      Working twelve hour shifts is very difficult for elderly nurses. Promoting good health should be a priority instead of across the board mandatory twelve hour shifts

      Pros

      Able to use the new exercise facility which is wonderful. I have worked here 39 years which is a testament for a great place to work.

      Cons

      The 12 hour shifts can make for a long day. When it's really busy it's hard to get away for a break.

      Pros

      Very team oriented, and they encourage individual growth and promotion. They offer tuition reimbursement and many classes through Beacon's net learning to help you advance within the system.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons at this point, there is a 20 word minimum requirement for this section. I am very happy.
