Pros

Great place to work, great support from management, always trying new things for employee satisfaction. Love Memorial and believe in the mission statement.

Cons

Nurses wages are on the low side. Parking is very poor. It would be nice to have a garage. Short staffed on security which involves employee safety.

I feel like I have a voice in my job. I can speak up and be heard and also be proactive in taking initiative and creating chance to better my unit.

Cons

My job can be challenging and stressful. I like that I always a team to help me though on rough days. I wish specialities and certifications had compensation.
