Memorial hospital shows appreciation for employees through gifts, notes, and verbally thanking the team. I feel that my managing team supports our staff.

Cons

There aren't too many cons, although you do have a bit of a distance to walk from parking to the building.

We have a large network which allows for easy lateral or advancement transfers. The New Beacon Children's Hospital is up to date and BEAUTIFUL!!

Cons

Seems like every day we are giving another item to document or audit. I'm sure this is throughout health care but it is turning nurses away from the profession.
