      Pros

      I work with great outstanding doctors and co workers. The patients I care for are appreciative. I love the bedside one on one care.

      Cons

      The politics often interfere with patient care. And, the search for equipment is sometimes difficult when the schedule is busy

      Pay is as expected for the area. I have wonderful coworkers who are always willing to help trade or pick up extra

      Beacons current medical and dental coverage are lacking. In regards to cost and coverage. Dental providers are very limited, but coverage is average in network

      I love that Beacon is always looking for new ways to improve the patients experience. Improvements ideas are always welcomed!

      Cons

      Pay is based totally on years of experience. Extra effort or exceptional performance is expected by not rewarded financially or is done very rarely.
