      Pros

      Everyone I have experienced since being hired have been welcoming and very helpful. It has been as little as making sure my day is going okay, to answering my questions to helping me care for a patient. They have offered me advise and comforted me when I was having a bad day. They are always taking time out of their charting and work to ensure I'm doing well.

      Cons

      Still trying to get to learn the staff, especially on the day shift. As well as trying to get to know the doctors and what to do in certain situations.

      Pros

      On my floor I feel supported by staff and there is good teamwork taking place. Committed to patient safety and improving outcomes.

      Cons

      Need more equipment and more staffing. Could use increase in tuition reimbursement due to BSN after hire requirement to help with costs for RNs.

      I Love the camaraderie of my do workers and LOVE having fun at work!!!! My management listens to what we have to say and cares about us!!

      Cons

      The pay scale doesn't seem to be competitive to the community around us. The upper management needs to appreciate nurses more.
