They say they care about employees mental health but they do not. Too many leaders, changing policies without care or thought of the work flow

Pros

I love my team. They are dedicated, hard working individuals who care for all of us. Not just our patients. My place has learning opportunities and I am able to give something back to them as well.

Cons

The cons are things that are out of their abilities. I'm pretty content where I'm at. I just hear cons from other people. Like LPNs and NAs having to sit. I'd come in to sit with a patient for half the price I make just to give someone a break. They feel they are not being utilized well. I think they are. Because everyone has something to bring to the table.

I've been with Beacon as an RN for nearly 12 years, and it's where I began my nursing career. While we're not immune to the staffing challenges that exist in healthcare, I appreciate the efforts to pay our RNs at a higher range to work toward improved recruitment and retention. I love my team, and I'm grateful to be a part of Beacon.

Cons

I wish we had more parking options, both for patients and for staff.
