      Hospital benefits are standard to competitors. Nothing special

      Abusive toxic employees remain due to higher level management avoidance. Certain employee has over a decade long of being toxic and chasing off competent good employees.

      Pros

      There is hot water in the bathrooms when you wash your hands.

      Cons

      They will throw you out on the street due to budget cuts and then lie about the reason they fired you to try to prevent your unemployment insurance. Then you have to take them to court where your manager will admit they lied. But they still give negative feedback when employers call for a reference. Also, my entire team was white. All of management was white. All the heads of the hospital were white. Why is that?
