Pros

Insurance is inexpensive comparatively. Pay is decent enough.

Cons

The organization has grown too fast, resulting in a lot of mismanagement. For instance I'm trying to get my W2 from them and I have moved out of state. They wont take my address change over the phone even with me confirming social, employee ID #, and former address. They want the information emailed, but their email is down. Overall I'm glad I left.

Wide variety of patient populations. You can get experience with trauma, cardiac, stroke in one care setting.

Cons

Whenever a service line is cut it falls back on nursing. Dialysis, phlebotomy, less staff on the floor. All the extra work is done by nursing and patient care techs.
