Pros

I love the fact that Beacon offers many tools for their employees to better ourselves in many ways. From educational tools/online classes to help strengthen our skills in areas of weakness via Beacon university. Also, they offer many services for personal wellness/assistance i.e. counseling/legal/financial services. And the fact that Beacon is big on promoting Unity. They have a variety of culture groups which is great! I am actually a member of one. Plus they offer career opportunities within the company which allows you to advance and grow.

So far I have nothing negative to say.

Cons

With being in Transportation for over 30 years I wish that Beacon was around when I first started out.
