Cons

Rapidly growing business, and with that comes change - however, the group works hard to minimize any negative impact of that.

Core Vales Drive the company. I joined the company due to this statement, transporting people to love, learn and achieve. "Mobility without Limits." Managment does listen, and the core value to Have FUN is seen at all locations. Allowing people to bring dogs to work goes a long way.

Cons

This is a part time job for most, and I can see how this is seen as a con. working a few hours in the AM and a few hrs. in the PM is the backbone of our business.
