      Beacon Pointe is growing so fast. There is so much to learn and do on a day. This company is not one for someone who isn’t a go getter!

      Pros

      The company does a great job for clients and they are incredibly generous to their employees. The team works very hard to help clients live their best financial lives. They encourage their employees and promote within the organization.

      Cons

      Would not recommend to those who are not self starters. Company expects employees to take action and ownership.

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn and advance while helping people achieve their version of financial freedom. Love working with a gender diverse team in an industry typically lacking in this area. In my experience (originally as an employee and now as part of the leadership team), I can attest to the firm's openness to new ideas and willingness to listen to the feedback of employees.

      Cons

      While training abounds, if you are not a self-starter or don't enjoy collaboration this might not be the most compatible firm culture.
