Business Outlook
Pros
There is alot to learn and to do because they are growing alot. Culture is great too. You also have exposure to all types of investment areas, all parts of the financial markets, and they will let you sit in on upper level opportunities if you are enthusiastic and ask. Good people here too - they are open and I feel like the management team is engaging.
Cons
There is alot to do and alot of training on job which can be overwhelming in the beginning but really fun and interesting after you're up and running.
