The Account services is great. Super helpful to get you up and running, but will then let you shine once understand the role. Management is great as well

Coworkers are great, my supervisor is supportive and doesn’t micromanage, and the schedule works for me.

A little disorganized but slowly finding their way. Pay could always be better.

We were a small firm before being bought out by Beacon, much better then. Can't really say any good pros except some of the wealth team is very remote.

Cons

You will have to follow a lot of compliance policies, even if not involved in wealth management/trading. Don't expect much, build your resume and dip.
