Pays well to put up with bad management.

Pros

Pay rates much higher than competitors. Benefits were excellent as was the retirement plans. Life on the road was well compensated in living allowance or pr diem but no work life balance fostered by Co.

Cons

Sub standard managers de motivated the team and lowered morale. Higher pricing to accommodate fat middle management rather then being more competitive caused loss of market share in certain I business units. Working in the telecom sector has most folks laid off by now as their major customer found more competitive vendors.
