      It isn't perfect, but it is dang near there. The first company to walk the walk with regards to implementing the ideals most companies just give lip service to.

      Cons

      Therewith always be areas for improvement, and the rapid growth and acquisition of other companies leads to a constant state of growing pains.

      The management team does not care about their employees in the Tyler office. They only care about their employees in the Houston office. There is no onsite manager for the Tyler office.
