      Pros

      benefits, security, accommodations can be made for medical conditions, can work remotely sometimes, they actually train you to know what you're doing.

      Cons

      sitting for long periods of time, the light from the screens eventually gives you headaches and damages you're eyesight

      Pros

      It’s a great job for college students as the schedules are very flexible, plus it’s 24/7 so you can easily work around your classes.

      Cons

      Operators aren’t treated with the same “we care first” attitude as the rest of the company is, yet they’re the frontline of the company.
