In the last 4 years I have been with Becklar we have experience rapid, exciting growth, but throughout that time the company and each of the departments continue to live our core values of We Care FIRST and our mission of helping save lives everyday. It's rewarding to work for a company that is positively impacting lives and doing work that matters. Becklar is innovative and is constantly looking for new ways to do things. You get the chance to make real, meaningful change here, and I feel I have gotten to make a larger impact in my role here than I could anywhere else. The company continually finds ways to make employee life better through changing benefits, fun activities, and ensuring employees are taken care of. Overall I have really enjoyed my time with Becklar, and hope I can continue to grow here.
Cons
We are growing quickly, which can be exciting or a challenge for some. For professional level roles it can be difficult to get leadership development and mentorship opportunities to move to that next level with our fast-paced growth. Expectations are incredibly high at Becklar, and with our growth we often take on more and more duties. It sometimes doesn't feel like that hard work pays off when pay increases and promotions are so far and few between, or growth paths are unclear.
