      Pros

      Love the values and that they actually live by them. Super fun place to work, with a mission that I love to work for.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of any cons. Other reviewers complain about this, but I would say to take them with a grain of salt. This is an awesome place to work.

      Pros

      I love working at Becklar. I have seen our We Care FIRST culture emulated in each department and position that I have been a part of over the past 10 years. Becklar has helped me feel valued as a member of the team and allowed me to grow and develop my career. Becklar encourages growth through innovation, makes coming to work fun, provides me an environment to build strong relationships, an opportunity to serve the community and feel part of a team that trusts its employees.

      Cons

      Becklar has experienced some amazing growth over the past 10 years that I have been a part of the organization. Change comes quickly and things are constantly evolving. I don't mind change, but I recognize that growth and change can be difficult for some.
