      The values are more than just words on a wall, but are really how the leadership act on a daily basis. Authentically focused on caring about people (employees and customers).

      Cons

      Growing so fast that sometimes processes and communication are catching up to the pace of growth.

      This company was very people focused. They prioritized their employees as well as their customers. I loved the benefits they provided and felt like an important part of the team.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is being one of the few remote workers on the team and feeling a little disconnected.
