Pros

I have been working in Bectran from very long time. Great Company to work with. very supportive environment and treats employees with respect. Mentors and leads are helpful can reach out directly if you have any doubts at anytime. It encourages the employees to learn the new technologies. i feel great to be part of such team. I have learnt a lot since I'm associated with this company.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn and grow . Good product training is given to start with and mentored on the required technical skills. The team is very good and got to learn new thing every day.

Cons

Need to be on top of the technical skills always to meet the quality standards. Even a single mistake is costly in production. So always the codes delivered is expected to be of high standards.
