We appreciate your honest feedback, we have always believed in corrective measures.
As a fast-emerging company, we can’t afford to treat our employees poorly, because our employees are our key assets. As a matter of fact, some of your interpretations might just be generally all about how we as individuals perceive and respond to common workplace interactions. However, there are certain advantages also as highlighted above in your feedback and we are pretty much sure that you must have realized this by this time. We are highly determined to ensure that Bectran is amongst the healthiest and most fulfilling companies to work for. As our HR team is established now, we have since implemented generous work-life balance policies to match the competition in the hi-tech industry. We as a company are slowly and surely progressing.
