Beemac is the best company I've ever worked for. They truly care about their employees and the open-door policy, is in fact TRUE! Any senior executive manager will take the time to sit down with you. The employees understand that without the drivers, we wouldn't have a job, which is unique. The ESOP is free money for your retirement. The benefits are great and very affordable. My coworkers are very helpful and willing to lend a hand at a moment notice. I can go on and on, but I don't have enough room!

Cons

You have to learn to work in an ever-changing environment where your "today's planned list" goes out the window often.

From day one everyone was welcoming. Beemac values conducting business ethically and it starts at the top with the CEO. From management down to our hard working drivers we all have the same goal.....we all succeed as a team!
