Pros
Beemac is the best company I've ever worked for. They truly care about their employees and the open-door policy, is in fact TRUE! Any senior executive manager will take the time to sit down with you. The employees understand that without the drivers, we wouldn't have a job, which is unique. The ESOP is free money for your retirement. The benefits are great and very affordable. My coworkers are very helpful and willing to lend a hand at a moment notice. I can go on and on, but I don't have enough room!
Cons
You have to learn to work in an ever-changing environment where your "today's planned list" goes out the window often.
