      Work with new and relevant technologies and methodologies. Get more time doing actual engineering as this is a startup.

      Cons

      * missing 100% paid maternity/paternity leave. It is only supplied through STD. Which comes with the frustrating 'waiting period'... which should be a crime, but not their fault as it's an insurance standard. *

      The CRO’s leadership style has negatively impacted company culture and performance. Their approach to leadership has fostered a culture that many perceive as insular and male-dominated. This has created challenges for morale, inclusion, and long-term organizational health. If you look at their employees, there are no women.
