      Pros

      This company has such amazing growth opportunity. It is a challenging, fast-paced environment, but I love that it keeps me busy. I have learned so much from my time here at Beep! I feel like there is a purpose to the work, and everyone is so fun, friendly, and passionate. We have a lot of pot lucks, and celebrate every win. As a start up, we work hard, but we're also recognized for that work. Our managers are really supportive, and genuinely care about the employees.

      Cons

      It is a start up, and things move very quickly. Some people don't like that intense pace. This isn't the highest paying company, but there are other opportunities for financial incentives. Some days can be very challenging, but you have to stay motivated.

      there is opportunity

      Company is relatively new so there a opportunity to grow from within if you do your job well especially if you already have experience in the transportation business

      Cons

      Because the company is relatively new and growing fast there is constant changes at managerial positions which can make your job feel chaotic because of lack of continuity
