      Teamwork is a huge thing here. You make many friends with your coworkers. Very understanding.

      Toxic, non-supportive work environment

      Decent pay for this position

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment. Full of cliques and "mean girls" that the clinical staff not only tolerate but participate in. There is blatant favoritism throughout the center. If you are not actively working on your Masters in ABA you are not supported and left behind.

      Enjoyable place to work, but could use some improvement

      Pros

      The therapy provided to children was great! I learned a lot while working here. There were plenty of opportunities for RBT’s to advance in their career here.

      Cons

      Things could be hectic at times. Some of the employees could be cliquey. But for the most part they were all very welcoming.
