Pros

The building is nice, free Healthcare.

Cons

I have never felt like more of a child than when working here. You are treated like an animal, told when you can and can't use the restroom, how long you can be away from your desk for, and who you can talk to and when. Management spends more time controlling employees than working ether push all their work on to employees and then wonder why people are crying at their desks. If you suggest another way of doing things, you're fired almost immediately. Managers will talk about employees to other employees and it creates an unsafe environment. They are a company that doesn't give anyone 4s or 5s on their annual reviews because "there's always room for improvement". This causes your bonus to be cut to under 1k while their bonuses are over half their salary (this is a non profit so the information is published). If you're even a minute late to work they take it out of your pto, with no chance to make it up at the end of the day. You have limited work from home time every year and have to "save it" for colorado winters. If you use it all up for emergencies and then we get a big snow storm you have to come in or take unpaid time off.

Pros

The BACB provides great benefits 100% paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. They bring in food trucks and catered lunches for the staff at no cost as well. The people are really nice and very compassionate. Feedback is abundant - both good and constructive - so success is up to the employee. Management provides clear expectations with ample opportunities for learning. The work/life balance is great. I worked 7 am to 3:30 pm which allowed me more opportunities for time with my family. I had no negative experiences with management. All of them are very nice, approachable, and helpful. They really care about the employee's success.

Cons

Over entitled employees who think that the rules shouldn't apply to them. They spend too much time complaining about the color of pens instead of doing their jobs. Always fast to criticize but offer no valuable solutions. By the looks of the posts, it appears their ungrateful entitled attitudes finally got addressed. Good for the BACB! I wish that would have occurred while I was there.
