      Pros

      This is the most generous company I've ever worked for. They try very hard to take care of their employees with generous PTO, the best benefits I've ever seen with no premiums for employee and family, great engagement opportunities, tuition reimbursement and student loan pay down. The offices are beautiful and the commute is worth it. Leadership is supportive and open to conversations with any level of employee.

      Cons

      Too many meetings that can get off track sometimes.

      Pros

      Generous benefits 100% paid by the employer, plus student loan paydown, tuition reimbursement, etc. Beautiful offices, with expansion on the way. Leadership encouraged pursuit of professional development opportunities, even when they lead to a career change with another company.

      Cons

      Offices are a bit of a trek for me.

      Pros

      The company practices positive reinforcement and provides so much feedback to ensure success that the only way to fail is to not accept feedback. They are not the typical employer who waits until annual reviews to tell you how to improve, it is always front and center at the BACB. The benefits are outstanding and unlike other organizations. You have to be completely incompetent and unable to take & act on constructive feedback to not be successful.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is working remote awaiting the new building to be built so it is difficult to collaborate.
