Pros

I worked here for about 7 months. I absolutely loved working with all of the kids! Working with staff and management was wonderful during my time here. Training was started immediately and the process was phenomenal. They broke it down into sections and still gave you time to work with the kids before completely diving in. I had nothing but appreciation for the management team. There are a lot of moving parts and I think that they did a great job of keeping things moving.

Cons

I can’t really think of any complaints.

Pros

The kids are AMAZING. Build quality relationships with coworkers. The clients really do receive GREAT services.

Cons

The owner is a narcissistic liar. Anything that is said by her should be taken with a grain of salt. Unless you’re one of the favorites, which you will find out quickly who those are, you will not feel valued at your job. You will be required to be 15 minutes before your client is scheduled to arrive but you will not be paid until your client shows up. Sometimes this could be 2-3 hours, sometimes all day. You will be asked to complete many tasks during this time but you will not be compensated for it. If you address the issue with management you will be treated as if you don’t care about the company because you’re unwilling to work off the clock. I was at the company for less than one year and saw approximately 30 people leave in my time there. You will turn in your timesheet on Friday and will get it back on Monday with having hours docked for working “unapproved tasks” during the time you’re waiting for a client. I used to DREAD going to work and left everyday frustrated because I don’t know if I would even be paid for the 8 hours I was there. Management will follow you around the building on the camera and will constantly tell you why you’re bad at your job. The ego of management is unreal. If you choose to work here understand that you will be undervalued, overworked, under paid and will legitimately hate your job.
