      Pros

      Family atmosphere, everyone is treated like family. Helps you prepare for a future in ABA through getting certified as an RBT, if you aren’t already one. Supports you as you grow in the field of ABA. Owner listens to constructive criticism in order to better her company and the treatment of the children it serves.

      Cons

      Training needed improvements, but is making strides to encompass all areas of ABA. Communication between leadership and clinical (therapists, etc) needs improvement, however everyone was recently given emails to stay up to date.
