Pros

Felt like I had enough support from supervisors,

Cons

overall organization and management went downhill. Pay is not competitive considering cancelations with no pay. Hours can be very odd and unstable.

Pros

Competitive pay, paid drive time, technology package provided.

Cons

Horrible work life balance, unrealistic caseload expectations with no support from regional clinic director when asked. Felt like just a cog in a massive machine with no sounding board to contribute input company wide. Expected to use cookie cutter programming because caseload expectations are huge. Micromanagement without any opportunity for feedback or professional development as promised.

Pros

Depends on the region, staff can be supportive... You really do the job for the clients.

Cons

Lots of driving, overwhelmed BTs, too many billable hours expected, bonus program doesn't make sense, and the scheduling department needs work.
