Pros

Helping kids with autism! Working in school settings. The staff was very helpful, and the supervisor/director is AWESOME (Victoria from LB region).

Cons

For how much work you put in the pay is low. The hours can create burnout.

Pros

I had the privilege of working with the best and most supportive boss I have encountered in 7 years as a BCBA. Not only was my direct supervisor AMAZING, but Behavior Frontiers was also the most ethical agency I have come across in years! I only left the position due to current family needs. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Cons

Long hours with difficulty scheduling client overlaps due to school resuming in-person for Fall '22.
