Pros

I really like the benefits of getting supervision hours for a BCBA for free, as well as having support when I need it.

Cons

Not a lot of full time benefits, and you have to fight with HR and your supervisor if you want anything outside of clinical relations if you're a smaller region.

Pros

Benefits were nice to have

Cons

You are on your own when it comes to the area you are in charge of, lots of phone calls from parents and bts. If you do not work well under pressure, this is not for you
