Pros

Competitive pay, if you can obtain enough working hours.

Cons

Worked no more than 4 hours a week and I asked for more hours and families to work with while a coworker frequently vented to me that they were overloaded with clients. I was asked to continue working with clients that did not want to build rapport with me, and thus lost out on valuable therapy time.

Pros

Doesn't have cookie cutter data collection for measurement, BF uses different measurement systems that offers exposure to therapist of different measurement especially if your in your Masters program. Opportunities to grow. Team meetings.

Cons

Experienced micro-aggression from overheads. Pop up during sessions in acts to catch therapist doing something wrong, which is unethical due to supervisors are supposed to inform therapist of their presence (covertly). Taken off long term case without any head notice or reason.
