Thank you for your feedback! We are excited to let you know that our electronic data collection is officially here and data will now be collected on tablets! Each supervisor is rolling it out with their clients in a gradual manner, 1 client each week. We encourage you to reach out to your supervisor to inquire when you will be receiving your tablet. Your supervisor should also be able to tell you when you are scheduled to attend the training on Electronic Data Collection. In this training, you will learn all about how to collect client data, and all the great features included in the system. We hope you like this new system, and thank you for your dedication to our clients and your work as a Behavior Technician!

Pros

-very supportive families who genuinely got a long with the behavioral therapist - gave a lot of support for diverse career options -gave a money stipend so that money can be spent on gifts for the children in treatment - team bonding activities -nice case managers

Cons

-petty case managers -very rude or lazy coworkers when working together on a case -hard to go get to a higher job -a lot of inner politics favoring those who were lazy but got along with those on top more so than those who worked hard -pay is not good
