Pros

Training is a HUGE priority so you know what you are doing before you get started and people are always willing to answer any questions! I was so nervous when I started because it is so different (in good ways) than any other place I have worked but I LOVE IT!!!! I came from a clinic setting after being there for 2 years and have done some in home before I was in the clinic and felt isolated so I was always nervous to come back to in home ABA but everyone here is so supportive and makes sure you DONT feel isolated! The supervisors know what they are doing and trust their RBTs. They show their employees how valued they are! The pay is great and competitive and they value your experience! I could go on for days about how amazing this company is!

Cons

It is a little confusing to learn all of the data and the policies for scheduling but there is so much help and they just transitioned to electronic so its not a con really ;)

Thanks for your feedback! We're so thrilled to hear you are so happy with the training you've received here, and you're right - it is a top priority for us! We want to set our staff up for success from the start, we know it's a hard job, so the more training and support you have from the very start, the better you'll be at working with your clients. Our supervisors make themselves available by text, call or email to discuss any questions our Behavior Technicians (BT) have, and we want you to succeed! If this is a field you love, then we want you to make Behavior Frontiers your career home, and will work with you to help advance your career! So great to have you onboard in St. Louis!

Pros

The kids you work with

Cons

The worst company I've ever worked for. They care more about their profits than their employees or even the kids they work with. Most of my co-workers were not happy but stayed for the kids. There are many other better ABA companies to work for

Thank you for your input. We place top priority on our clients and staff, as seen by the incredible amount of training we provide to every staff member, prior to sending them into a client's home. We provide didactic lecture training as well as comprehensive hands-on training in the field, to ensure every Behavior Technician (BT) feels prepared for their first session. As far as schedules and hours, we encourage all our staff to be in regular communication with their scheduler, so that he or she can provide as many work hours as are desired. We have various departments that communicate consistently with our staff, and we regularly ask for feedback from our staff via surveys, so that we can make adjustments where our staff indicates they are needed. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
