Our schedulers also work hard to try to get every staff the number of hours they want to work. Sure, driving can add up - this is the nature of the field of in-home ABA services; however, we have regionalized many of our larger areas, so that Behavior Technicians (BTs) are spending more time with clients and less time on the road.
