Pros

Full training, keurig machine. A good example to know what is not acceptable in a work place.

Cons

Horrible place to work. Illegal practices. Drive to a place and if it’s cancelled you are supposed to get paid half or offered a new task. That does not happen. All about money and very bullyish. Every coworker hated working here.

Thanks for your input. Our offices were always stocked with coffee, water and snacks for our staff, which everyone appreciates. Our organization follows all legal and ethical requirements, if you have concerns, we encourage you to address them to our HR department, who will gladly assist you. In regards sessions cancelled at the door by client, our staff does receive payment for half of the scheduled session time. For example, if a session was scheduled for 3 hours but the client cancelled at the door, the Behavior Technician (BT) would be paid for 1.5 hours at their Therapy Rate, which is industry standard. We wish you luck in your future endeavors!

We appreciate your feedback! It's true - we pride ourselves on frequent and ongoing training at all levels of the organization as we want to see our Behavior Technicians (BT) grow in the field! Our managers and supervisors strive to see their clients weekly, which means BTs get frequent face time, guidance and support during their sessions with kiddos. Managers also make themselves available outside of session via text or phone, when BTs have additional questions or need support. We work around each BT's availability, and strive to provide the requested hours of work for each staff. Clients do sometimes cancel, but there are sometimes opportunities to pick up additional "fill in" shifts for other clients, which give BTs a chance to expand their skill set by learning different programs, or running new behavior interventions. We also minimize drive time by regionalizing our areas, to try to keep our staff doing what they love most - working directly with clients and their parents. Happy to have you on board! Thank you for your commitment these last few years!

Thanks for your valuable input! So wonderful to hear you find your regional team supportive - it's what we strive for always! As for the electronic data - it's coming VERY soon! Scheduled to launch in a few short weeks and we couldn't be more excited, as it has been created and designed specifically for our organization, complete with our own Curriculum embedded into it! We are happy to have you on board!
