Pros

Not applicable due to experience

Cons

This company is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills. They don’t care for their employees. They hired me, made me do 3 weeks of training and then fired me due to “not having any cases.” A true waste of time. If this is how they treat employees, I can only imagine how much care they must lack for their clients.

Behavior Frontiers Response
2y
Behavior Frontiers provides extensive training for all newly hired Behavior Technicians to ensure that they acquire the necessary skills and strategies to provide ABA services to clients. While we hire based on the needs of clients, there have been a few times in which the client changes their availability and then the scheduling team works diligently to re-route these Behavior Technicians to other clients within the area. We wish you the best in your future!

Pros

Potentially enhancing the lives of clients and their families, learning about special needs conditions and methods to encourage behavior modifications.

Cons

Onboarding took almost 2 months, not actually getting paid mileage, very little in-person training, no supplies provided to conduct sessions that can be several hours in duration , inconsistent hours with possible cancellations at any given moment, and not being provided crucial information prior to sessions.

Pros

The supervisors have been caring and extremely helpful throughout my time at Behavior Frontiers. At a certain point, I got burnt out, and luckily, my supervisors were quite understanding. They let me change my previous schedule to a more suitable one, and since then, I have kept that same schedule. Another pro, is that the drive time between clients is paid for by the company, and every 3 months you get a $1 raise in your hourly pay.

Cons

Clients will cancel sessions often and at times for weeks leaving some BT's without work. Schedulers are often switched and some are not great about answering clients or BT's messages.
