Cons

Terrible scheduling. Lots of driving to clients. Cancellations are frequent and scheduling did not let me know often until an hour before

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad you had a positive experience and felt supported by our team. We emphasize our support and training, which is helpful to those looking to gain experience in the field of ABA. Our clinical and operational teams work together to ensure Behavior Technicians feel ready, supported, and confident to meet with clients. We’re aware that the field of ABA can be challenging with hours and scheduling, and we’re constantly working to address these situations. For example, in the event of cancellations, we have policies and procedures in place to ensure timely communication and provide a solution for these instances. Scheduling is a collaborative effort, and we ask that our BTs communicate changes in availability or location with their scheduler so that we may try to accommodate them to the best of our ability. Thank you for your feedback and time with our families. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We’re happy you’re having a positive experience with our team and are receiving responsive support. Your work with our families in the Los Angeles area is appreciated. Our client service department uses factors such as location and Behavior Technician availability to provide a caseload that best works for you and your clients. BTs are eligible for mileage and drive-time reimbursement depending on the caseload size and commute on a given day. If team members are not receiving reimbursements, we encourage all to communicate with our client service department to review the assigned caseload and eligibility. Your continued support for our families is appreciated, and we look forward to helping resolve and clarify any concerns.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re pleased to know you built connections with colleagues and enjoyed the team you worked with. We recognize that the field of ABA can pose challenges with hours. Through our team’s feedback, our Client Service Department works continuously to find and implement solutions while maintaining clear and direct communication with families and clinical staff. We aim to meet our team members’ requested hours if the availability provided to us permits. For this reason, we encourage our team to contact their client service coordinator to review their availability and requested hours. We appreciate your time with our team and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
