Thank you for your feedback. At Behavior Frontiers, we promote growth and ongoing training to cultivate an environment where our Behavior Technicians can feel supported and confident in helping clients and their families. Initial training is a formal two-part process that needs to be cleared by passing an evaluation with one of our Senior Behavior Technicians and demonstrating an understanding of ABA concepts and procedures. Our BCBA supervisors further support BTs during overlapping sessions. We encourage our team members to voice concerns and struggles during these sessions so that we may better support them in areas of improvement. It's a pleasure to know that you had a positive experience with our kiddos, and we thank you for your time with our families.

Some of our perks, like free CEUs and Teladoc access, are a great highlight for the care and growth we provide for our staff. The feedback from our team helps us discover which areas are best to provide support in – we listen, and we assist. Amidst the ever-changing shifts in the ABA field, we pride ourselves on maintaining reasonable caseload sizes following BACB and CASP guidelines.
