Pros

Nice clinical staff, pick own hours, lower billable limit than most companies, good amount of non billable hours.

Cons

Worked by butt off for this company that laid me off without any notice, one day I was there, the next day unemployed....but yet they were able to purchase ipads at the same time for the ENTIRE staff. Something not right here....Took 3 months and a major move to find a new position but I can say I am 100% satisfied at my current company, they are supportive and listen to your needs. I guess being laid off was a good thing at the end.

Pros

Depends on the region, staff can be supportive... You really do the job for the clients.

Cons

Lots of driving, overwhelmed BTs, too many billable hours expected, bonus program doesn't make sense, and the scheduling department needs work.

Pros

What they company does to help kids that are autistic or developmentally challenge is great.

Cons

The work load is unrealistic, therefore there is no work life balance. When you talk to management, they do not try to help you. There benefits are not good and the PTO amount is horrible.
