Thanks for your input. At interview, our hiring managers explain that the job is most often part-time (15-20 hours per week) to start, as our most needed hours are between 3-8pm. Schedulers are on phones from 7am until 5:30pm every day, and are also available "on-call" before and after hours, in case of urgent scheduling concerns. Moreover, our case managers are typically in the field providing hands-on support to their Behavior Technicians or a phone call away to address questions or concerns. Best of luck to you.

Pros

Benefits, Company Events, 401k, Company Perks, Coffee & Snacks in office , Comfortable work environment, Every month they have a calendar with Fun events that occur in office, Appreciation Lunches and or Starbucks, Decent Wages, No Uniforms you come dress semi casual/comfortable to work. Proper Training, Management does her Best to help out as much as possible when short staff, She is very honest and Fair and out ways the pros and cons before moving forward with a decision and is always available. You work weekends but its only via work cell not in office. If you get a cancellation you can take care of it at the comfort of your home or where ever your at. Your busy all day and that makes the day go by fast. Consistent and repetitive work and if anything new comes across you do get the training.

Cons

Some Case managers are not the easiest to work with when your a scheduler. But it comes with the job and you learn to work with them and grow.

Great in Theory

Pros

Compensation, Training, Flexibility of scheduling and cancellation policy.

Cons

Training timeline was significantly longer than what had been explained to me upon hire. Scheduling has been a consistent problem in the SFV region. Would love more hours considering my experience and education, but the industry is so competitive that hours are scarce.
