Pros

-listen to their employees and their wants -improves benefits package for full time staff -continued education -works on building community amongst staff -incentive points -conferences are covered -continued training for upper and lower management -cares for staff mental health -low billable hours -CMs have a credit card for reinforcers and for liaison spending -BI’s get reimbursed for purchases -Monthly socials- on the company to encourage community and have fun with staff (you aren’t judged, you make friends, you can bring family or kids, and something different every month)-food and beverage included!

Cons

-still paper driven-all the admin items that need to be done to this are extremely time consuming -while vacations are offered, most staff feel guilty for taking time off, work never stops and hours still need to be met -

Thanks so much for your feedback! We strive to provide a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package for our employees, complete with a company-matched 401k plan and so much more, in addition to what you mentioned. We are in the process of bringing electronic data to our organization, as well!
