Pros

Lots of room to grow, and learn amongst staff with Masters, BCBA, and several years of experience. Training is extensive, and environment is supportive and allows for growth! Positive place to work. San Jose office is wonderful!

Cons

None that I really have. Behavior frontiers has really been a great place to work, and grow at. I will most definitely come back if anything changes to help others, but my experience has been wonderful!

Pros

I’ve worked at 2 other reputable ABA agencies during my career, but I can truly say I’ve found my “forever career home!” Behavior Frontiers values their employees tremendously, so much so they’ve sent out surveys to staff to improve offered benefits (which are great, by the way!) and to ask what else the staff is wanting. Management is always open to suggestions, and encourage Clinical Directors to participate in further improvements by creating additional trainings and programs to expand our curriculum. Our clinical team is also stellar and so cohesive! There is always someone - case manager, director, supervisor - to help with a tough case that has you stumped. They are also always looking to promote from within - so many senior BIs have been mentored and trained to promote to case manager, and eventually, have become BCBAs themselves! I just can’t say enough about this fabulous company.

Cons

Depending on the region you’re in, commutes can be long. But big metropolitan areas are “regionalized” into smaller areas, in an effort to maximize clinicians’ time with clients while minimizing drive time. In some regions, most clients are after-school hours, so there can be some late evenings (til 8). Many managers balance this out by starting their day later, like 11-12 noon, so they have the morning to run errands, hit the gym, etc.
