Pros

Provides great work and life balance. Have always received great support from directors that oversee me. Company provides promotion opportunities. In House CEUs! Overall, just a fun and collaborative environment.

Cons

The regions cover a broad area, there could be a lot of driving.

We value your helpful input! We pride ourselves on keeping manager caseloads low (13-15 cases), so that our clinicians can have a good work / life balance. Promoting from within is always a goal at Behavior Frontiers, as we invest a lot of time into training our staff, so we love it when they want to stay and grow in their career here!

Pros

directors were wonderful, knowledgeable people company provides quality services wonderful clients wonderful company cultures supervisors easily reached by text good training process learned a lot about ABA from this company. this was my second ABA company to work for

Cons

almost no hours. I was told there was openings for 20 hours from the start. I started out with 5 hours and had those hours for a month. full time seemed impossible drive time paid at almost minimum wage some supervisors seemed to busy to ever meet in person so it was all online I did feel extra hours would go to favorites this is a good job in aba if you are in college and don't need to live off the $$$.

Thank you for your helpful feedback! We are happy to hear you valued our company values, excellent training, and access to our stellar, knowledgeable group of directors and supervisors – all things we pride ourselves on! We also strive to give staff the number of hours they request upon hire, and encourage staff to speak with their manager and/or scheduler, if they are not receiving the hours they would like. We do have many Behavior Technicians who are full-time, and those who aren’t typically work 15-20 hours per week.
