Pros

-It is great to work with the families and kiddos. Some of the Case Managers are amazing while others definitely are not. Loved the work but hated the instability that the job brought.

Cons

- You can try as much as possibly to get hours and they make it incredibly difficult to work full time for this company. I really tried even called different locations but nothing. So it really is not worth it.

Pros

Kiddos are sweet and fun, case managers are easy to talk to,

Cons

Full time is impossible and you will have to constantly ask for more hours, a lot of driving only to work two hours in a day. Scheduling is difficult to deal with, a ton of cancellations and scheduling does nothing to replace or make up lost hours.

Pros

I have worked for Behavior Frontiers for many years in the Dallas office. Behavior frontiers as a whole has help me gain knowledge and skills in ABA. I have been able to use these skills to help a variety of clients. The director and supervisors in the Dallas office have been so supportive and helpful in me furthering my career. They are always willing to work with me to fine tune my therapy technique, and are open to my ideas. The area in which we work comes with many challenges; I have always found that the director has done the best possible job in finding solutions. The director and supervisors work together to problem solve and offer solutions to clients and employees in a timely manner. I am thankful for the opportunity to become a part of this growing company.

Cons

like with every company their are little things that can be improved on.
