Thanks for your input! We agree - the kids are the best part of the job, so if you're looking to make a difference in the life of a child, this is the place for you! As you mention, we love offering our staff career advancement opportunities and are always looking to promote from within. To support this, we have partnered with many universities all across the country to offer tuition discounts (up to 20%!) for Masters programs in ABA, Education, Child Development and other related areas of study! Best of luck in all your future work - we hope you take some of what you learned into your next career path!

Pros

BF really takes time to support and train employees before putting them in the fields with clients. They hold trainings for many areas from basic to ABA, parents training, running programs, growth and development, and more. Supervisors come out to support often! They provide constant feedback and advice for staff and client progression. Scheduling and management work hard at keeping full time employees at full time status. Team meetings are held every month to keep families and team on board and communication is consistent.

Cons

I haven't experienced any downsides with this company.

Thanks for your helpful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you value our training - it's truly something we pride ourselves on, as not all ABA agencies spend the time and effort to provide training to new staff. We are always looking to further our Behavior Technicians' (BT) skill sets, so you're right - we offer other supplemental trainings in a wide variety of topics, as well. Further, our managers provide in-field support, guidance and feedback to help BTs hone their clinical skills. We're glad you appreciate our monthly Team Meetings - another hallmark of a quality ABA agency - as these help to ensure consistency across team members, and help parents and caregivers to be a regular and contributing member of their child's treatment team. Keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing where the future takes you at Behavior Frontiers!

So glad to hear you love so many aspects of our organization - we do it for YOU and all of our staff! You mention some of the traits we most pride ourselves on: excellent, quality training at all levels; collaboration, valuing staff (we couldn't do this without you!), supportive management and owners; growth opportunities and a team-centered approach. This also holds true for the organization's perspective on its clients! We're thrilled to have you as a member of the BF team!
