Quality Support for staff and clients

Pros

BF really takes time to support and train employees before putting them in the fields with clients. They hold trainings for many areas from basic to ABA, parents training, running programs, growth and development, and more. Supervisors come out to support often! They provide constant feedback and advice for staff and client progression. Scheduling and management work hard at keeping full time employees at full time status. Team meetings are held every month to keep families and team on board and communication is consistent.

Cons

I haven't experienced any downsides with this company.

We are always looking to further our Behavior Technicians' (BT) skill sets, so you're right - we offer other supplemental trainings in a wide variety of topics, as well.
