Thanks for your feedback! Glad you feel the high level of support and open communication. The driving between clients isn't a secret - if you're looking to work with individuals with Autism doing quality ABA, there's going to be some driving. We discuss this at interview with all candidates and explain each region's boundaries so that applicants know what to expect. We feel transparency is always best!

Thanks for your input! We agree - the clients and families are great, and the work is so incredibly rewarding. As you mention, our managers and BCBAs are always out supporting their staff, updating programs, and working with parents and caregivers to ensure the client is getting the best, most consistent intervention. In regards to drive times, we have regionalized all areas, which lessens drives between clients, and we do pay mileage and drive time between clients, but sure, sometimes there is a drive involved. We encourage all employees to reach out to their liaison managers at the first sign of burnout - often, there is much that can be done to make changes and adjustments, which help keep our Behavior Technicians happy and free from burn out. We wish you all the best.

Thanks for your feedback. We are, as you say, a great place to start, but so much more so than that! There is so much room for career growth and we've had the pleasure of watching so many entry-level Behavior Technicians climb the ranks to Senior Behavior Technician, Case Manager, BCBA Supervisor, and even Clinical Directors! Every day is a different challenge, but also a new reward - whether teaching a child to say his first word, toilet training a kiddo showing readiness, watching a child say "I love you" to a parent for the first time, or countless other moments...the rewards are endless! You're also correct in saying the task at hand may not be an easy one - that's what our amazing clinicians are here for: to provide support and guidance every step of the way!
